About the Author

Hi, I am Wykell. I am a dedicated Social Worker, mental health advocate, and children's book author with a passion for supporting young minds. I earned my bachelors degree in psychology from Clayton State University and my master's degree in Social Work from Georgia State University, giving me a strong foundation in mental health and child development. 

My goal is to create engaging stories and resources that help children and families navigate mental health challenges with empath and resilience. Currently, I am working toward licensure while continuing to advocate for children and communities through education, storytelling, and mental health awareness.

Beyond writing, I love connecting with the youth, hosting book readings, and developing new initiatives to promote mental health and emotional wellness.
